I don't really know what it is, but there's something about a lighthouse that
will keep me coming back to see it again. I like some more than others,
but I'll stop every time I have the opportunity, and take a look-see.
From the time when I was a little kid, I've been fascinated with these majestic
structures. At first, it was the impressive size, and the proximity to
some of the most rugged coastline. As I got older, I added the design,
and the process that went into its construction. Now, I've added the
history and the influence the lighthouses have had on the area they guard and
protect.
