We went for a walk along the shores of Rattlesnake lake, which is near were we live.  On a stream alongside the path we were on, we stopped to notice our shadows.

September is here... and for the Mariners, that means the season is ending - they haven't played in October for a few years now... As we were walking to the ramp into the stadium from the parking lot, we noticed our shadows...


 

On the cruise ship, getting ready to depart, we noticed our shadows, along with a bunch of others... we're next to the "loop" shadow

Walking along the water front in Vancouver on a picture-perfect crisp winter day, we realized that it didn't seem very crowded at all, and we even had enough room to easily take this picture of our shadows right on the walkway along the seawall.
