Once I decided to make my "download" page a section of its own, I started looking for videos laying around on my hard drive... and I realized that while I have my picture sorting down pretty good... my video folder is another issue.  Its coming around, and I'm sure that before too long I'll have a better handle on it, but for now, things are a mess...

I'm finding more videos, and I'll be sure and get them posted when I can...

Right-click, and pick "Save As", then save it to a location on your local computer.
Once saved locally, you can watch the file from there...
You CAN just run it directly, but it'll work better if you save it locally first.

IXIL Lesson (wmv, ~5 mb)
During a missionary trip to Guatemala, we used some down time to chat with the local minister to the village.  He didn't speak English, and we didn't speak IXIL, but we managed to have a conversation anyway -- mostly trying to learn new words to common things.  Here's a clip of it.

In The Light (wmv, ~3.5mb)
Here's a short video of The Shadow Lady and her cousins singing at "In The Light", which is a monthly service put on by their church.

July 2006

Twin Falls (wmv, ~16mb)
While on a hike to Twin Falls, I took a video of the falls, which were pretty awesome, and well worth the hike to go see them.

Leavenworth - Early Christmas Spirit (wmv, ~11mb)
We went to Leavenworth for a weekend to "Get Away" without going too far away.  We had a great time, and the ultimate result, for me, anyway, is that I got in the Christmas Spirit a bit earlier than I typically do!

Sugarloaf Lookout (wmv, ~9.5mb)
We took a walk up to the Sugarloaf Lookout, a firewatch tower near Leavenworth.  The view was pretty impressive -- The area had burned about 3 years ago in a massive fire, but a group of boy scouts and forest service folks actually saved the building from the fire.

Vancouver Native Music (wmv, ~33mb - VIEW LOWRES (10mb))
While walking along the waterfront in Vancouver, we stopped and listened to a Native musician... the music was a blend of modern and traditional... very NICE!

November 2006

A hungry eagle (wmv, ~6mb)
We stopped to grab something to eat, and watched an eagle eating a fish in a heavy downpour... pretty cool.

Wishkaw Rain (wmv, ~21mb)
It rains in November... especially in Grays Harbor County!

Come back from time to time... there's going to be more videos...  I'm sure of it!
