Checking out Silver Lake
Mom and the little guy check out the water... We went out to Mt St Helens as part of The Shadow Lady's birthday weekend... We had a great time, and the little guy wore himself out taking in all there was to see!

Heading into a 'Ball Can O'
The little guy really liked the 'big mountain', and being able to go down into the 'Ball Can O' was, according to him 'Awesome!'

'Cheese!'
After only a few times asking, the little guy agreed to a picture...

Its too bright!
He didn't want to take a close in one, though... because the sun bothered his eyes. I sympathised - it WAS pretty bright out there!

A brave smile
After a few tries, he managed to get a good smile going... he tried pretty hard not to squint... =]

On Top
For a prize, I put him up on top of the sign, which he REALLY enjoyed!

Watching the rocks at Cold Water Lake.
The river in Cold water creek is pretty clear, and he spent some time staring down into it... 'The rocks are moving!' It was the ripples, but he was pretty sure they were moving. He slept really hard on the way home!
