Lee started its life as TD 13...
It looked as if the unluckily numbered storm had developed
in a decent place for hurricanes... most of the storms had developed into
something fairly nasty over the years... It sputtered out for a while, then reorganized, and quickly built up to Tropical Storm Strength...
Early Wednesday, September 1, it had stalled over the cooler waters of the Atlantic, and faded back to a Tropical Depression...
Early on Thursday, Lee broke up, and was done...
