  This is the place where Lewis and Clark turned around.

  Oregon has NO shortage of vistas, and this one is one of the nicer ones you'll run across.
Crater Lake

  91 years after the ship wrecked on the beach, I went to visit the remains.

  This guy combined his job and his hobby, and made an endearing roadside attraction.

  It snapped in a wind storm in 2008... here it is a few years before then
