The Second Annual Family Get-together
Uncle Bobby Hosts another one.
< Back to MaineI went to the Second Annual Family Get-together at Uncle
Bobby's... we had a good time, and it was good to
see folks I hadn't in a while... While I was
there, I went down to the coast with Marrissa... it
was fun!
I love this sign!
Only in New Hampshire! Everytime I
go to the White Mountains, I have to stop and take a picture of this sign!
:)

Covered Bridge New Hampshire has more covered bridges still in
use than any other state (Maine is second), a testament to how slow things
change around there.

Old Man of the Mountain The state's symbol is a vivid reminder
at just how awesome nature can be! This was carved by a glacier, and makes
for quite an impressive site!

New England Architecture Most of the homes are more than
100 years old... farm houses simply grew with the family, and some are quite
large

My Brother In
Law This is Carl, my Sister Tammy's Husband. He's sitting in
his store... sort of a Christian book store and deli.

"The
Bulkie" I used to swim here when I was a kid almost every day in the
Summer.

Mom playing the
acordian Carl had meetings every Monday night, and my mom usually
plays the acordian at them...

Near
Miss I barely missed this skunk - the dot near the center of the pic
on the edge of the road... it was a rental, but it still would have
stunk!

Mom, Marrissa and
Tammy Marrissa doesn't like her picture taken...

Siblings Its not very often I can get Tammy to
agree to a picture... and even less often that I manage to get in it with
her!

Singing Uncle Bobby broke out his guitar, and we
all sang some songs he had printed out

Marrissa On our trek along the coast, Marrissa
let me take her picture next to the tide pools at Goose Rocks

Walker
Point This is the vacation home of the Bush Family. On the day
we swung by, George Sr was there...

The
President While we were at Walker Point, President Bush Sr drove up
from a fishing trip. He's in the red vest and blue hat.

Heading
in After he got his family off his boat, he tied it up to a buoy in
the cove. The Secret Service escort then brought him to the
dock

Nice
Flight On the flight home, the weather couldn't have been
better.

Mount Tahoma Mt Rainier, called "Tahoma" by the local natives, provides an
awesome sight as you near Seattle..
