"If you build it, they will come." What an awesome baseball movie! No 'real' history, but you really get a sense of the game itself there... its become a mecca of sorts for Baseball fans, and once I got there, I could understand why. I sat in the bleachers by the field, and just watched for a while. It felt good. |

The set is in the middle of nowhere, just like the movie depicts it. It really is a farm, and the farm really does feel the effects of not being able to grow corn where the field is. They've encroached on the outfield, taking up most of it. |

Folks would pitch to each other, run the bases, or just stand out there on
the field. Its difficult to describe the feeling, but everyone there seemed to have it. |

I posed with my friends from church, Buddy and Shawna in front of the
famous house. I really enjoyed my time there, and would like to go back there again. |
