2200 - Checked in to the airlines. We met Jack, our team
leader, there as we were leaving the ticket counter, sitting in a
seating area by the doors. We missed him coming in. He was
reading an IXIL book when we noticed him. 2345 - Boarded the plane within 5 minutes of when they told us we would. It seemed to take a long time for everyone to board. They were trying to rush us over the intercom... "Please take your seats and let others pass by in order to ensure an on time departure. Once we are seated, we can back away and begin the flight." It didn't seem to work. The plane was completely packed. 0200 - Took off. The flight was quite pleasant and smooth. I know that because I slept the whole way, even through the pop delivery, if there was one. |
