We got some more snow overnight, and it snowed a bit during the day. Because of the dire predictions of snowfall for the following couple of days, I went in to work anyway... and had no problem at all.

heading out
Heading out, the roads had snow on them, but they weren't bad at all.

A mess at the entrance
I didn't take this pic, but this is what our entrance looked like... When I drove through, there was a car at the bottom, and the driver was gathering her nerves after sliding down the hill. I didn't have any difficulty with it.

Heading down
The road down out of the foothills increasingly got less snowy as I made my way down the hill. There was a bit of ice, but not bad.

On the Interstate
Interstate 90 was pretty good. It was VERY empty.

Lower elevation
The closer I got to work, the better the conditions got... I was surprised by how empty things were!

In Bellevue
The city streets weren't as clean as the Interstate, but my route takes me on a pretty well-traveled road, so it wasn't too bad at all.

Heading back up into the foothills
At the end of the day, the road up into the foothills was much better than when I was heading down to work earlier.

Wintry scene
There was quite a bit more snow at home than there had been at work!

Snowy Trees
I don't think I'll ever get tired of snowy trees... at least I hope not!
