Took some shots of the back yard... the Shadow Lady and I are going to spend the winter coming up with a plan for the yard... so these are essentially 'Before' pictures.

The yard
The grass really has improved since last year... that weed and feed really did its job!

Grapevine and Apple tree
We didn't get any apples this season -- it rained the whole time the flowers were in bloom. We cut the grapevine back to a nub, but it grew out anyway, so we put up a wall for it to grow on... maybe we'll see some grapes next fall.

The shed
The shed really changed the look of the back yard...

here's the view from the deck. The experimental garden went well enough that we're going to expand it along the fence.

The woodpile and grapevine is looking much better than it did last year!

Not sure what we'll do with the tree or the stump... we're hoping to better utilize the space...
