The little guy wanted to head out to the park, but he didn't want to go in the bright sun, so we waited for it to set behind the ridge, and went for a walk

Heading in
The little guy ran on ahead to get to the swings as quickly as possible... he loves that place!

The last of the Light
One of the peaks along the ridgeline was still catching the light as we got there, which made for an interesting effect.

The Lake
The lake was very still and quiet. As usual, we were the only people there.

Lilly Pads
The water plants are overrunning the lake, unfortunately.. in a few years, it'll be more of a bog, I think.

Crescent Moon
The moon was out... and before we left for home, I managed to catch it in the reflection with my phone's camera.
