We had a rare lightening storm... always an exciting time!

RAIN!
The storms started with a heavy downpour. It hadn't rained for a while, so that was a good thing!

Flashes of light
Most of the lightening was above - or in - the clouds, and wasn't very visible.

Hidden by the trees
The tree in our yard unfortunately blocked the view to one particuarly active cell

A finger
On this one, I caught just a hint of the spark that caused the flash...

Electricity in action
No matter how many times I have the opportunity, I hope I don't forget the fun of it all...

This was my best shot of the storms... I actually thought I'd missed it, but apparently, I didn't. =]
