We took a walk to the park to feed the ducks and geese, which have returned. This year, one duck never left... it just braved the week or so of winter we had back in November, and enjoyed a nice, relaxing winter with the lake all to himself.

Moles
The moles have been busy!

Blossoms
Some of the trees are blooming already... It seems winter is over before it ever got going this year.

Like most times we go... the park was pretty much empty.

Once they realized that we were heding down to the shoreline with a bag in our hands, they quickly headed our way.

They really got a good head of steam going!

'Hi Goose!'
He had to say 'hi' to the geese first... they stayed a bit off shore, not letting him get to close.

Tossing some bread
Even when he hit one of them with the bread, they didn't mind... it was all about being the first one to get to whever it landed.

Impressive Birds
The Canadian Goose is a pretty striking bird, I think.

He really likes the swings -- especially now that we let him on the 'big boy sings'!

'Push me higher'
He's getting braver every time we go out there... its pretty fun to watch!
