The 'Before' Picture
Here's the before picture... the fence was literally faling over in a few places. The part that wasn't was old and rotted...
Cut up
My friend Dustin offered to do the work - he's out of work, and was looking for something to keep himself busy, and get some side change in the process
lots of cleanup
Once the fence was cut down, it was clear how much work in the yard was needed
The fence is down
Without the fence, the yard looked totally different... We actually got to know the neighbors a bit better

the wood pile. I rented a dumpster to load up all the scrap wood.

We had to drill the post holes for the new fence posts... it saved us from having to dig out all the old ones!
The new fence
The new fence quickly took shape...
Wood pile
The woodpile went down pretty quickly once the new fence got going
Digging holes
Some of the holes had to be dug by hand... the drill ended up stopping on us about 3/4 of the way through
Fence post
Once the new fence posts were set and aligned, the concrete went in to hold it all together.

The corner is much neater, without the old junk-wood pile
