We went back to the Cougar Mountain zoo to take advantage of a nice Saturday afternoon.

Cougar Mountain Zoo
Our second trip to the zoo. He seemed to remember going a few weeks ago, and was pretty excited to go in..

Meow!
When the tiger yawned, the little guy said 'Meow...' too funy!

The boys
Its a smaller zoo than most, but its still pretty fun, I think anyway.

Who knew? I didn't notice this sign the last time I was here. Thankfully, we didn't see it happen... but it IS Spring. =]

riding the art
Like last time, the little guy had to climb up on each peice of bronze animal art. Their claim is that its the largest collection of bronze art in any zoo.

He liked the birds... they were making a LOT of noise... it was close to 'going in and eating' time.

He really liked tossing food at the Emu's... it was his favorite thing this go around.

A curious crane
This crane kept coming up to the fence... the little guy was watching the big birds pretty intently

Too Full
The deer was full, it seemed, and was more content to watch the view of I-90 down in the valley, only occasionally looking over at us. It came over eventually, a good end to a fun afternoon outing.
