We got some more snow around noon... about 3 inches. I had put a lot of salt on the driveway, which kept some of it melted, but there was enough to shovel, so I went out and cleaned it up... more's on the way, but its easier to get it in chunks, I think...

More snow
We'd gotten quite a bit, but the rock salt melted a good portion of it.

The Plow
As I was shoveling, the plow came by, but in the opposite direction -- he'd already come my way earlier

Sanding
He made a few passes, laying down a good layer of salt

Good Roads
They do a good job of keeping the roads clean in our neighborhood

Digging out my Jeep
Part of my 'project' for the day was digging out my Jeep... I'm going to try to get it fixed up during my mini-vacation... so I have to be able to get to it, and move it.

A lot of work
Digging out the Jeep was a lot of work! I'd shoveled some of it, but there was a LOTof snow that needed to be moved still!

To the Rescue!
While I was taking the picture, the plow guy pulled up and stopped, and asked if I would want him to clean up... I said 'sure'!!!

Careful driver
He carefully guided the big truck and plow close to the jeep, and got rid of the remainer of the snow for me... nice guy!

NICE
He did a GREAT job, and saved me a lot of work... that last bit was crusty and heavy with water... WAY cool!

Winter wonderland
What a great place to live!!! It might be a lot of work keeping up with the snow... but this is what winter is SUPPOSED to be!!!
