Circuit City, once my favorite store, is going out of business. Not sure what happened... they just stopped trying, it seemed. For me, they drifted away from what they started with - a computer store that had a lot of components, gadgets, and the like to fix up your computer the way you wanted. When they switched away from catering to the 'do it yourselfers', they lost me.

Trying for a deal
I was looking for a camera, and hoping to make a good deal. With 'up to 80% off', it would have been hard to not get a deal, I was thinking.

A bit late
Seems folks went for the deals back when it was 20 and 30%... the only cameras left were broken, and they were only 50%. 'You can send them to the manufacturer to get fixed', the guy at the counter said. I did pick up a copy of Turbo Tax for 60% off, so I managed to get SOME sort of good deal. =]
