My Workstation
Since I'm a vendor, they stick me where they can... I'm actually in a very nice spot, I think -- a nice view, a spare monitor, and a big white board... all you could ever need! =]

Finding an open room
About halfway through the day, we were tasked with dropping everything and addressing a potential production issue... ah, the life of a programmer! Most of the conference rooms have a Windows CE screen out front, showing its schedule, so its easy to find a free one.

Event Log
We went through the event logs, looking to see what was going on with the system... it wasn't too long before we'd identified where the biggest gains could be made

Figuring out a Solution
After we'd checked around for a bit, we started going over the code that was running to see if we could collectively come up with a more effecient avenue of approach

Coffee!
The room we'd picked was across from the kitchenette... which meant we had an ample source for coffee!

Checking Metrics
Once we'd put some changed into place, we checked the times to see how we'd changed them....

Busy times
We spent a better part of the day working the issue, and continued well into the night, knocking off around midnight. We got a TON of work done, and made some great progress!
