We've
been having some issues with power... when its raining hard,
or the wind blows, the power in half the house is unstable.
We'd gone through a night without the furnace, so in the
morning I called the electrician. Its been narrowed down to
the "B" circuit, so half the circuits, and any of the 240V
items don't work at times... mostly when its windy or rainy.
Thinking it might be one of the
two lines coming into the house, I called PGE to come out to
take a look.
Surprisingly enough, within a
couple of hours, there were out there, checking the lines.
Unfortunately, everything was fine when they showed up.
After cutting power to
the house, the PGE linesman got in his basket, and checked
the pole...
My son, who's 11 months old,
was VERY interested in the cool new truck...
After checking the pole, he
checked the connectors to the house
He shook things up, but didn't
notice anything out of the ordinary
while watching him, I noticed
a cool reflection in the window... the sun was setting
behind the Ridge, which provided a back drop for the rock
outcropping in the reflection.
