The offices are quite understated...
Between speeches leading up to Sarah's, I made "Get out
and vote" calls
Some folks discussed the speech, visited, and generally
had a good time
The banner McCain used to visit the watershed near our
house was on the wall.
Even with the excitement going on, the little guy managed
to get some shut-eye
KIRO TV showed up for a bit, to do a story on the
reaction to Sarah's selection, and her speech.
We enjoyed the speeches, and the opportunity to be there
with everyone! The speeches leading up to Sarah were
quite good. Huckabee made some GREAT points. Giuliani
had a lot of fun, and Sarah really did well. It was a
good night!
On
the night of Sarah Palin's acceptance speech, we went down
to the GOP Headquarters to help make some calls, and watch
the speech with fellow volunteers in a show of support for
the ticket.
