One of the Shadow Lady's cousins is getting married in the summer, so they threw her a Bridal shower party...

We used the opportunity to head down a bit early, and meet with some of the folks we haven't seen in a while.  

After a bit, the Shadow Lady, with the camera in tow, headed out to the shower... seems they had a good time! 

Mom and daughter wore almost the same exact outfit... but it wasn't planned that way.

Nope... I don't know what the clothespins are about.

One of the games was this one... a series of pictures were placed at random, and the person who sorted it correctly got a prize...

The funny thing is that she didn't sort her own pictures correctly.  =]

Another was the "Toilet Paper Bride", where teams form up and they make a bride's gown out of TP.  I'd never heard of it until I asked after seeing the pictures.

 
Meanwhile, the little guy met the other new members of the family...

It was a good time visiting with everyone.

 
After the shower was done, we brought the little guy over to see everyone...

It was a fun day!  But then, days with family usually are.
