2007.12.24 - Christmas Eve with Family
< Back to Currently

We went down to Grays Harbor County for a family Christmas Eve Party.  We dressed the little guy in a Santa Suit... he didn't like the hat, much, but he still looked pretty cute!

There was a pretty good turnout!

With everyone scattered around, we don't get to see everyone often enough, so there's a lot of visiting going on.

There was also WAY more food than anyone could possibly eat... it was very good, and I did my best to do my part.  :-)

One of the fun traditions at the party is to have a "White Elephant gift exchange"... everyone brings a gift, and then you draw numbers and pick from the pile.

I drew the coveted "Number 1".

It was a lot of fun, and everyone had a lot of laughs... that's the best part of the whole thing, I think!
The little Santa got to meet more of his cousins, which he seemed to enjoy as much as they did!  :-)

In all, it was a great time, and a great way to spend Christmas Eve!
