I'm not sure when the picture I scanned of the "scarecrows" was taken, but the pictures around it in the Shadow Lady's picture book show people getting ready for a wedding, so I figured it'd be appropriate to start off this entry...

The Shadow Lady's parents celebrated their anniversary, so we spent lunch together.

We're scattered around a bit, along with busy schedules, so we don't get together nearly as often as we'd like to, which is too bad because when we do, we have a good time!

Auntie M, (who HATES that knickname by the way... but I'm trying not to use names here, so its tough!) had a great time making headway to be the "Favorite Aunt"... :-) 

I'm kidding, of course... but he was a big attraction during the lunch, that's for sure!  :-)

So, they're closing in on 40 years... what a good example to follow!
