My boss invited me to a get-together with some of the folks I work with who could make it -- some other coworkers tried to come, but couldn't due to their schedule, or current assignment location...  we're spread out over several cities and companies.

It was an informal meet and greet with the little Tadpole, who, as with every place he goes, was the star of the show. 

Nice monitor... too bad its a Mac.  :-)

Its actually not too bad... he showed off the VM Ware - which had a Windows 2003 Server running on it, and some other features he found interesting.

There's even a rare photo taken by our manager of me actually using a Mac...

We're to the winds, so we took the opportunity to visit, catch up on things, eat, drink pop, and have a great time.

There were even gifts for the Tadpole, and an AWESOME cake...

 
As it was winding down, my boss's girls help keep the tadpole busy for a bit while we got everything together.

It was a fun time, and a great way to end the week!
