I moved the suet feeder to a location near the window.  Something walked off with the suet feeder I had down on the tree in the yard, and the location was a bit too far away to watch the birds come and go, anyway, so I decided to get another one, and put it where I could watch it.

When I was little, I used to enjoy the sound of the Chickadees singing in the trees.  My grandfather would put out lots of seeds outside the window, and I'd spend nearly all day, watching the birds flittering about.

Thankfully, they're visiting the suet container, and I get to enjoy their familiar calls... it reminds me of back then, still.

There's another type of bird that comes with them.  I haven't managed to catch a good picture of it yet... but I'm sure they'll be more opportunity.

Its more than worth the buck a block, if you ask me!
