The Shadow Lady and I are taking a series of Childbirth classes... and we also got to see a video of a "birth experience"...

This is the third class in the series of 8... we'll be finishing up right about the time that BabyJ is due to make his curtain call... assuming he sticks to the schedule.

Most of the class is focused around dealing with labor, and letting the future parents know what to expect, and what the process will be.

The lady giving the class is very experienced, and she's had a few kids of her own... so she's pretty good at giving first and second hand knowledge about what's coming.

Each night, they show a video.  I noticed its VERY quiet while its playing.

The lady in the video spoke English as a second language, and one of her comments in the video was "When I was feeling the pain of the Constractions, I couldn't understand English so well".

I can imagine that would be a problem.
