Everything has an end, and after 3 weeks, my cousin's visit to the PNW came to an end.

The airport was surprisingly empty... every other time I've been here, it seems, the airport is bustling with activity.

It was strangely quiet walking into the terminal from the parking garages.

After getting everything situated with the escort and everything, we made our way to the gates.

The plane was pretty late... it pushed into her layover time in Chicago, but since she had plenty, it wasn't a big deal. 

About 40 minutes after the scheduled take-off time, the plane got there, and about 15 minutes after that, they started boarding.

after a quick goodbye (my family isn't to big on drawing out an "OK, see you later, have a safe trip" episode), she boarded the plane, and a short time after that, the plane was pushed back.

She got to Chicago a whopping 10 minutes behind schedule, and easily made it to her waiting mom in Florida.

It was fun having her visit!  Hopefully, we can do that again sometime sooner rather than later!
