One of The Shadow Lady's coworkers is moving to California in a few weeks, and they didn't want to move their couch.  We needed one, it was relatively new, and in very nice shape, so we decided to pick it up from them.

While we were moving the couch's sections, The Shadow Lady grabbed a few snaps with my phone's camera.

It was too large to get out their doors, so we took a window out, and we handed it through the window...

It must have looked pretty interesting... :-)

It sure made it a lot easier than trying to flip it around to find way to fit it.

 
The neighborhood cat watched us for a while, then sauntered off.

It took us two trips to get the couch to our place, and the last one we had to tie the rear hatch down, because there wasn't enough room... but, we got it, and yep, its pretty comfy!
