On the way home, the wind was howling - gusting over 50 mph - which
was whipping up the waves on Lake Washington. On days like that,
you can feel the bridge roll, reminding you that you're driving across
the largest floating concrete structure in the world.

 |
 |
Its always an interesting view when you head out on the floating
bridge... one side will be frothy, while the other side will be nice and
smooth. A weird contrast, to be sure!
|
Some of the higher waves were sent over the guard rails, spraying the
cars with water from the lake.

 |
I enjoy it on days like today... it's going to happen anyway, so you
may as well get what fun you can out of it, eh?
