My friend Les and I went to a ball game at Safeco Field. while we
had a good time, and the Mariners won in extra innings... what we both
remembered the most about the game is the seafood we had before the
game... it was GOOD! |

Ivar's, a seafood eatery chain in the area, has set up a "Clambake"
outdoor restaurant, complete with thatched roofs and bamboo... its a
nice draw for folks coming to the game... I got plate of goodness,
and was very surprised at its quality!!! I'll be back, guaranteed! |

My partial-season tickets are right behind home plate. OK... in the
300 level, but still. :-) Jamie pitched, and did pretty well.
It was tied through 10 innings, where Everett hit a walk off home run.
Nice game, and good food... gotta love it! |
