The Blue Angels were in town on Friday, practicing for their Air Show bit
for Sea Fair 2005, which ends with
the boat race and Air Show weekend. From my vantage point on the 15th floor of the Symetra Financial Center, I had a good view of the sleek jets streaking over the water... it was odd seeing them fly so close to the city... what a thrill it must be for those pilots! |

I guess to the folks in Baghdad, its not so unique, but it was interesting to see them fly low over the I-90 bridge, and realize that they were lower than I was... | |

Even though it was 'only' practice, they put on a good show! The glare and reflection on the glass in the building made picture taking difficult, but I hope you get the idea... it was truly amazing! | |
