The baseball fans were back in Safeco Field for a game with the Texas
Rangers. We parked a bit further away from the stadium than we usually do... parking is only $5 out there... Looks like we found us a new spot! The walk is pleasant, and its a chance to begin the conversation -- always a good thing! |

The walk into the stadium from there is quite interesting... it really sets you up for the game! | |

We got there while the third batter of the game was getting ready to
bat... We took our time walking to our seats -- the stadium is set up so that there's a view from pretty much anywhere! |

The walk out to our season ticket seats (Terrace Club, third
row back) takes us through "The Hall", where various Mariner
Moments are displayed... The seats have a great view of the field, and since they're on the isle, they're quite easy to get to. The M's lost 99 games last year, and Seattle is unfortunately showing that they're not exactly loyal... there were more open seats than I remember seeing. It was a great time, though... I had fantastic company, and that, after all, is what going to the game is really all about! |
