I took a hike near Chinook Pass, which is near Mt Rainier National
Park... The views were amazing! No matter how many times I get to see the mountain up close,
it feels like its the first time all over again! Who'd have thought that a volcano could be so beautiful?!? |

I ended up hiking up to Sourdough Gap, which is about 4 1/2 miles from the Pass parking lot, and about 1600 feet higher... its a FANTASTIC view from up there! | |
